2. Software Development & IT Solutions
- Ownership : Custom software developed by Prodemic Technologies remains our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
- Restrictions : Clients may not modify, resell or reverse-engineer our software without written permission.
- Support : Software maintenance and IT support are provided as per individual service contracts.
3. Internship Program
- Eligibility : Interns must meet the eligibility criteria set forth for the program, including educational qualifications and skills.
- No Guarantee of Employment : Participation in the internship program does not guarantee future employment with Prodemic Technologies.
- Ownership of Work : All work completed during the internship is the property of Prodemic Technologies.
4. Staffing Services
- Job Placement : Prodemic Technologies provides staffing solutions based on client requirements but does not guarantee permanent employment for candidates.
- Compliance : Both clients and candidates must comply with all applicable labor laws and contractual obligations.
5. Payment & Fees
- Service Pricing : Pricing for software development, staffing services and other offerings will be outlined in specific service agreements.
- Payment Terms : All payments must be made in accordance with the timelines specified in the service agreements.
- Refunds : Internship fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Data Handling : We commit to handling client and user data with the highest level of confidentiality, in compliance with data protection laws.
- Security Measures : While Prodemic Technologies implements necessary security precautions, we are not liable for data breaches or external cyber threats.
- Non-Disclosure : Clients, interns and employees must not disclose proprietary information related to Prodemic Technologies.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Limitation of Liability : Prodemic Technologies is not responsible for any loss, damage or technical failure resulting from the use of our software or services.
- No Guarantee : We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues promptly.
- Third-Party Services : Use of third-party integrations or external tools in conjunction with our services is at the client’s own risk.
8. Service Termination
- Suspension of Services : We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client or user violates any terms or engages in unethical conduct.
- Notification : Any termination of services will be communicated in writing with the applicable terms as stated in the service agreement.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction : These terms are governed by the laws.
- Dispute Resolution : Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
